The “4 Qul” are like four very strong chapters (called Surahs) from the Holy Quran. Muslims respect them a lot because they have deep meanings and are said to protect you. These Surahs are considered very important for believers and are a powerful way to pray and ask for help in everyday life.
What are the 4 Quls?
The Four Qul in Islam are known for being short. Each one is only a few lines long (about 4 to 6 lines). Because they are very short, they are easy to memorize and recite. This makes them easy for Muslims of all ages. Saying the 4 Qul regularly is believed to bring great rewards and blessings. It also makes people feel safe and secure. This is why they are a very important part of how Muslims practice their faith.
The 4 Quls consist of the following Surahs, Each Surah carries a unique message.
1: Qul Al-Nas:
Surah An Nas is the 114th chapter and the very last surah of the Quran. Surah Nas is about finding safety in Allah (the Almighty) and asking for His protection from all the bad things and hidden plans that cause trouble for people.
2: Qul Al-Falaq:
Surah Falaq is the 113th chapter in the Holy Quran. Surah Falaq is mostly about asking Allah almighty to keep you safe from bad things in the world, like darkness and jealousy.
3: Qul Al-Ikhlas:
Surah Ikhlas is the 112th chapter of the Qur’an. Surah Ikhlas is about saying strongly that Allah Almighty is one and only one (this is called Tawheed). It tells us that Allah (the Almighty) is very special and will always exist.
4: Qul Al-Kafiroun:
Surah Kafiroun is the 109th surah of the Holy Quran. Surah Kafiroun teaches believers how they should act towards people (non-believers) who don’t believe in the same faith. It says to respect that other people have different beliefs, but to also keep holding onto your own beliefs firmly.
